Follow Me Into You: A Creative Glimpse of a Guided Origin Journey
From beginning to the messy middle of a new multimedia creation
Ever start making something before you know what it is?
That’s how this one began—a guided visualization that became a portal, a poem, a doorway back to a part of myself I didn’t know was missing.
I sat with a candle, a question, and a heart wide open to the stars.
What arrived wasn’t a single answer, but a collage of symbols:
wings, waterfalls, caves, songs, a warmth that felt older than time.
This is a behind-the-scenes look at a new multimedia experience in progress
I call it Follow Me Into You.
Today, I’m sharing the raw, early notes from the process—the scribbles, sparks, and images that nudged me toward something new.
The inspiration came during a guided visualization exploring cosmic origins.
Up until now, I’ve looked at my ancestry through a genetic lens. But something deeper is calling—an urge to consider the possibility of soul roots among the stars.
I lit a candle, settled in, and listened.
The session was incredibly vivid, but the notes that followed? Barely legible fragments—like static from another realm. And yet, I could feel it. The words weren’t random. They were glimmers.
Those glimmers became a script, which called for visuals. And suddenly, I was immersed in building something that felt like a living collage.
I’m calling this new piece Follow Me Into You—part video activation, part guided visualization, and part poetic remembering. It’s still in development, but here are some visual sketches and notes from my process:

I’m still playing, still layering. Most days it feels like collage meets cosmic archaeology. I primarily use Envato Elements for stock and overlays because of their licensing ease and Premiere Pro integration. They’ve added generative AI now—something I may explore—but I’m still devoted to a handcrafted digital aesthetic. I like the “artisanal” cut-and-paste energy. The slow magic of layering.
Before I go, here’s a short excerpt of the poetic voice that’s guiding this experience—likely the spoken piece that will follow the video and lead into journaling or creative prompts.
From Follow Me Into You
I came with others—soul sisters—
riding wind and bird-back, feathers in our hands, forgiveness in our hearts.
We passed through moons and magic, through stone halls etched with knowing.
And when we landed here,
I forgot just enough to remember again.
I am a cosmic pollinator.
A gatherer of beauty. A keeper of code.
A translator of light into form.
My collage is a portal.
My voice, an echo from before time.
I make the unseen visible.
I make the forgotten felt.
This is not just my story—
It is our remembering.
Do you feel it too?
I’d love to hear—what images, symbols, or soul-whispers are surfacing for you lately?
Let’s remember together.
